Shipping & Returns

Shipping Across Pakistan

We ship all over Pakistan. A flat shipping charge of Rs.300 applies to every order, regardless of city or order value.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, our team will contact you via WhatsApp or phone within 24 hours to confirm details. Orders are dispatched once confirmation is received.

International Shipping

For orders shipping outside Pakistan, shipping charges may apply depending on the courier and destination. Our team will contact you to confirm shipping cost before dispatch.

Exchange Policy

• 3-day exchange window from the date of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
• Customized items are non-exchangeable.
• Exchange is only applicable for size issues or defective/wrong items sent.

How to Request an Exchange

1. Email elyrabymn@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order with your order number and issue details.
2. Our team will review your request and share exchange instructions within 24 hours.
3. Once the item is received and inspected, the exchange will be processed within 3–5 working days.
